Return Policy
At Briliàa, every detail is designed to enhance your beauty with safety and confidence. Our priority is to ensure that all products arrive to you in perfect condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of items that are sealed, unopened, and unused. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How to request a return:
1. Contact us at info@briliaa.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
