✓ 14-Day Returns
We gladly accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

✓ Return Eligibility
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product quality, returned items must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• Sealed
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

✓ How to Return Your Order
Returning an item is simple:

1. Email info@briliaa.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a brief reason for your return.
3. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions.
Please wait for return authorization before shipping your item back.

✓ Refunds & Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Briliàa will gladly cover all return or replacement shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
